Returns & Refunds:

Returned items must be in undamaged, unused condition and in original packaging, and should be addressed to our chelsea, MA location, it is very important to contact us by email or call before returning any item. All returns will go through a check for damages or missing parts before processing a refund. Return charges are covered by the customer.

Processing a Return:

• Wrap and package the returned items in their original packaging.
• After receiving our return confirmation, return your purchase using your preferred shipping method to the provided location.
• After reception of the return, our team will perform a return check and approve the refund.

Damaged and missing parts:

If an item is received damaged or missing any parts, please contact us withing 48 hours of delivery to claim the issue, we will be happy to help you replace the damaged item, send the missing part or allow a return and refund. All products should be in their original packaging.
